Alright so most of you should know by now of groups. And when I first heard I was a little indifferent. I thought theyed be like clubs just with a nifty name. But I flipped through the running ones when I read the announcement and found one I really liked. It's called gimmefeedback, and this is their icon: . So if you ever see a multitude of these in the comments of someone's peice it's because that's exactly what the group does. You can submit your work to this group(with 900+ members and growing) and the members will give you feedback. But it's a give and take group. You just can't take the feedback, you have to give some of it too.
I just joined the group two days ago and I've gotten a million feedbacks on the peice I submitted. They told me what I should work on, what looks off in the picture, and what they liked!
So if you feel like you need to work on something in your peices and you can't pinpoint it exactly, join the group and you can get the feel of what others think of it. But don't forget to give feedback on the rest of the gallery's work.

On another note of "business":
I had a recent watcher who said she really liked my fanfics. NEWS FLASH: I'M NOT WRITING THESE FANFICTIONS ANYMORE!!!! I feel really bad that that's what people are looking for and I'm not finishing any of them. But if you're a watch and want to read a fanfic((THAT WILL BE FINISHED)) by me you can, on my fanfiction . net account.
If you do go and read it, and like it, and get frustrated that I haven't updated it recently, don't be. It's only because I haven't had any time. With Volleyball and homwork there's no time during the week. And on the weekends I have priorities that end up taking too long.
I would say that I'd have time to write it after Volleyball ends but then I'll be starting the NaNo WriMo thing. Which is a priority over the fanfic. But in december ....

So let's talk about my life shall we?

Well, it's MEA here in MN and that means I get an extra 2 days off with my weekend. THAT'S 4 DAYS! And it's Saturday now, so I only have two days left T^T
Anyway, what better way to spend a four day weekend theeeeeeeeen------REPAINTING MY ROOM!?
That's right all my shit is in the middle of my room now with tape lining all the molding. I've discovered some very unpleasent things and it's allll nasty; some 10 year old jelly beens, centipedes , and my personal favorite- a tooth! Yes I agree, ewwwww. I'm painting my room a dull green. It's a kinda purple blue right now. I'll see if I remember to take some before and after pictures.

I had my varsity volleyball tournament last weekend. It was some much fun! I only played in the last game though, when we were loosing sorely and couldn't be redeemed. I played great until I got all ready for this nice back row hit. I was ready; my arms were in the right position, my weight was balanced just right to hit the ball with lots of power, and I was siked!
But when I hit the ball it didn't go over the net, it just kinda fell off my hand. I was soooo depressed!!!! And that was the last point so it was very memorable for everyone T^T. We got 4th place out of 8 teams, so we did pretty well actually....
The JV team won their first game on Tuesday, I was so flippin proud of them. They've been working so hard and they really deserved it! I think I'll make cookies tomorrow and bring them for Monday's JV practice. ((((no I don't think it's worth mentioning that it was the first game of the other team...)))) But anyway, I'll see what I can do about get the coach to let them practice hitting.

So I now have braces! YEA! Wait, what? NOOOOO!!! They're really terrible. One of the metal bands on my molars keeps cutting into my tongue. If you look at it((which YOU won't be...)) You can see about 5 different layers of skin(?). It's like the grandcanyon, layering down farther and farther. It's weird having a hole in my tongue. I think it's an omen: Don't get a tongue peircing....

Righto, anyway.... For school we had to memorize the first two paragraphs of the Declaration of Independence by friday((yesterday)). I think I did really well on the second paragraph. I guess that comes from studying past midnight. I really don't know how long I studied for, but I hid my clock at 11 so I could complain about how late I got to bed the next day. Which I didn't!

Actually, I'm in my sisters room for the next two weeks. My nine yearold cousin is staying with us for a couple weeks because her parents are in Europe, with my Grandparents. T3T I would like to be in Europe with my grandparents...
I'm not bunking with the same sister as last time for some reason.... I'm with Anna now. Her room is literally on the other side of the house. Don one flight of stairs, across the house, and up another flight. But it's a cute room and I like it.

Tomorrow's my old school's marathon. Every year me and my four best friends go, sit on our curb and throw candy at people. Eventually we had to jsut hand it to them because people were falling off bikes, down the hill, and into the pond....Scratch that- they only got distracted. This will be our first year as Alumni! And we're not even sure if the curb will be available. We chose that curb to be OUR curb beacause two years ago we volenteered to be supporters that help the people finish the marathon. We took it to the next few levels- added candy and music. So the school may have actual students sign up for that spot...

My mom and I went shopping for faberic to make my vest out of, but we didn't find anything. So we decided to stop at the art store!!!!! I love this store. It's just the most amazing shop I've ever been to in my whole life. It's really big actually but there's SO MUCH STUFF that it seems really tiny! It's called Wet Paint, hence the name. So I was thinking of getting just a couple of copic markers to start adding to my collection. But I ended up getting a multiliner- then I thought, I should get some actual marker paper. Then Watercolors popped into my head((I love watercoloring)). So I had to get some of that too. Then I needed a couple more brushes to water color with. But of course- what's the point of even trying to watercolor with our masking!? So we got that also. So in all I got:
2 copic sketch markers
1 sephia tone multiliner
a pad of marker paper
a pad of water color paper
3 new brushes and
some masking!
all for around 30 dollars!((there was a back to school sale, so the paper pads were 20% off and the brushes were on clearence.
Well, when we were looking for the brushes my mom got kinda annoyed with how long I was taking and she said, "Now, for my birthday I want a very nice picture." It's her 50th birthday this year so I had been asking her what she would like. And I really hate showing my family/people I know any of my work so it's going to be painful. But I decided, if that's what she wants, I'll do it....and get her a barnes&Noble Gift card, because she's the book type.
I won't start watercoloring til I'm back in my room- I don't want to burden my sister with all my shit. And also because I don't have a desk in here. Only a comfy chair.

Yes, I'm aware that I haven't updated this journal in about 3 weeks- AREN'T YOU PROUD OF ME?! I haven't complained about anything to you all in so long!

Well that rein's over, time to complain:
I got my spacers yesterday. I was told they'd hurt, and they do, and I can't eat- which makes me depressed, because I love to eat..... food.... where fore out though food?! It gets depressing when you can't eat a turkey sandwich for lunch that only has turkey and bread in it.... T.T

School started Thursday, and I had my first volleyball game Friday. I'm exhausted. I spend about 10 hours at school a day, that's crazy!

Since I'm in 9th grade now I have to take Human Letters for the next 4 years. It's Literature and history put together. What sucks is that I have to retake this states test that I coincidentally took((and failed)) in fourth grade. It's on Tuesday! We had a four days heads up, and I'm dieing of lack of sleep here.
This particular class just so happens to be 2 class periods long, so we're looking at about an hour and fifty minutes here, without my ten minute break. We are also reading this terrible book called, god forbid, "How To Read a Book", and it's about how to read a book. I'm a slow reader when it comes to school books, so imagine my dismay when my teacher assigned 27 pages of this pointless, small point font book; Or my dismay where I accidentally took the wrong book home that night so I couldn't do it; or MAYBE my fury when she assigned another 20-30 some pages the next day. That brings me up to, for my weekend homework in this class: 56 pages of this impossible book, and the memorization of all the US states, locations, and capitals!
((But the states one isn't that hard, I just enjoy complaining))

I feel bad for my lonely little copics. They sit here by my computer wanting to be colored with, but I'm too busy and tired to draw something to color. So I stare pathetically back at them, telling them that labor-day weekend is coming up, and if I finish my homework, and catch up on sleep- maybe I can spare a couple hours to do some fan art. Or maybe, some original art... but probably fanart....

I went to my cousins sleepover last night. It was for her birthday-party. We went tubing, when it was 67 degrees outside. And because of a lack of life jackets two people had to stay on the beach at a time while two others went to tube, and one helped balance the weight on the boat with my uncle, who was driving.
I froze my fat little ass off out there!!!!
And of course since it's a sleep over we didn't fall asleep until some crazy hour in the morning, so that added to my lack of sleep even more.
After the sleep over we went to church together, and that's where our group dispersed with different rides. Apparently I fell asleep during mass... hmph, imagine that- not that I care.


Why do I do this?
I post a journal once a week complaining about my life to a profile page that no one comes to anymore. It's therapeutic, yes, but who cares? Who cares that I'm exhausted, or that I have to read a stupid book? It's like I'm blogging and no one's listening.
So this is what my life's come to: me adding to the abundant pointless blogging of the world.

Ya I have orientation on Wednesday and then school starts thursday....Understand my dissapointment- I dare you.

So like I said, I went to the Renaissance Festival yesterday! The night before we had a Barbie Movie marathon- but only finished about 4 movies... but it was still fun!
While at the festival I discovered that my new favorite artist is LA. Williams! And my favorite peice of his is Lady of Flowers.
I wanted to get the print but it was too expensive.... But I got the book that he was the coillistrator of: Book of Angels. And it's soooo pretty! It's a book of the seven angels((lol, I thought there were only four....)) and it was a bunch of his paintings along with Ruth Thompson's. THE DRAWINGS ARE SO PRETTY!!!!!

I got my 4 best friends' birthday presents there too and it's a bunch of oober awesume stuff!
I now also have a bow and two arrows((already lost the third T^T))and a quiver. Then I got an elf dagger((fake-> wood- cuz I'm cheap)) with a sheath for it!!! YEA FOR ABUNDANCE OF WEAPONS! All much to my mother's dismay......

My sister bribed these people to put me in the stocks. >< I'll have my revenge! Dar better because they knocked off my horns to but a wig on me.....Then my horns didn't go back on right....((yes be jealous, I have horns!))

I even got a cute little ring! And this isn't farout obnoxiously big and annoying so I can wear it wherever.

But of all I loooooove this little sword-in-a-stone thing I got! It's adorable!
The food was good also! Soup in a bread boul yea!!!!! Then kettle corn! By the end of the day we probably had spent 10 dollars on beverages because we was dieing out there! x.x
